1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • At Kosvimo, each products are handcrafted made to orders. We typically ship our 
    products within 10-15 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after 
    payment confirmation.
  • For customized products, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your 
    location, the shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances. Kosvimo is not 
    responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Method

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Free Shipping World Wide: We offer free shipping to all destinations worldwide. No matter which country you are located in, you can enjoy our luxury products without any additional shipping costs

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other specific 
    details.
  • Kosvimo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Kosvimo is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please: 
    • Keep all original packaging materials.
    • Take clear photos of the damaged package and the damaged jewelry.
    • Contact us immediately with the photos and your order number. We will 
      work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges levied by your country's customs 
    authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not 
    included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Kosvimo is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred during international shipments.
  • Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges 
    before placing your order.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect 
    address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons, it will typically be returned to us.
  • In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Plea se note that you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs for resending the package.
